Service Fees

Initial Building of your web site is charged at the rate of $45.00 per hour.

Site Maintenance is charged at the rate of $30.00 per hour.

Component Building is charged at the rate of $45.00 per hour.

Initial Building is defined as the act of publication of a brand new web page on your site

Site Maintenance is defined as the act of periodically changing an existing page on your site to reflect new pictures, new information content or update existing information and/or change the basic appearance.

Component Building is a service provided to those who need a special graphic, banner ad or animated gifs to disply on their existing web page(s). Any Component Building required is not considered part of the Initial Building of your web page(s) and will be billed in addition to Initial Building..

Retainer Fee is defined as the amount the client pays in order to establish good faith and that amount is based upon the complexity of the Initial Building of the page(s.

Retainer Fee

A Retainer Fee is charged at the onset of any web page project and that amount is determined once we have an idea on how your web page appears. The retainer fee will be subtracted from the overall cost.

It makes no difference if your web site consists of many pages or just a single page, we can help. Or, let's say you already have a site and just need someone to maintain it. Well, we can help with that, too.

You'll have a tough time finding a web site developer who charges less than sixty-dollars an hour. so why pay someone more when you've found me for less?
